Nous tenons à vous informer sur l’ouverture de l’inscription à la Bourse d'études de la Diaspora Hongroise pour la session 2021-2022.  Le programme de bourses commence au cours de l'année universitaire 2021/2022. La mission principale de la Bourse d'études de la Diaspora Hongroise est de renforcer les liens entre les communautés de la diaspora hongroise et la Hongrie en donnant aux jeunes vivant dans la diaspora hongroise l'accès à des programmes d'études en Hongrie.

Nous tenons à vous informer qu'une session d'information sera organisée en ligne sur le programme de Bourse pendant les deux jours suivants (avec le même contenu), pour lesquelles nous attendons les gens qui s'y intéressent:

8 décembre 2020 10:00 - 11:30 (CET) et
10 décembre 2020 18h00 - 19h30 (CET)

 
La langue des sessions est anglais et elles se dérouleront sur l'interface Zoom. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants:

Applicant maintains his/her Hungarian identity, which he/she convincingly demonstrates in a motivation letter and declares in a statement that is a part of the application,

  • Applicant is a citizen of one of the eligible countries (see Section 1.1) and has an address outside of Hungary,
  • Applicant holds a recommendation from a Hungarian diaspora organisation or a Hungarian Diplomatic Representation of the respective country,
  • Applicant has made a statement that he/she has lived minimum 10 years (contiguously) outside Hungary before the submission of his/her application. The end date of this 10 year period may not be more than 1 year before the submission of the application. In case of applicant who is a self-financed student studying in Hungary, the end date of the 10 year period may not be more than 1 year before the start date of studies in self-financed mode. In this respect, participants of the programme specified in Section 2 (2) a) of the Government Decree 241/2016 (16 August) are subject to the same assessment as self-financed student studying in Hungary.
  • Applicant has completed the last 4 years of his/her secondary education in a foreign country (not Hungary),
  • Applicant was born before 31 August 2003 (except those applying for Dance study programmes),
  • Applicant undertakes to sign a scholarship agreement and learn Hungarian as a foreign language and culture during his/her whole study period. Applicant undertakes to pass a Hungarian as a foreign language exam at least at B2 level as well at the end of his/her studies but no later than within 1 year after obtaining the diploma. The obligation to pass a Hungarian as a foreign language exam does not apply for students taking part in short study programmes (1 or 2 semesters) or in partial studies.
  • Applicant undertakes to do 2 years voluntary work after graduation in a foreign country in favour of the local Hungarian diaspora community.

 

Please note that in the case of non-Hungarian language study programmes, prior knowledge of the Hungarian language is not required.
